Refund Policy
The products merchandised are sold thru licensed skincare professionals only. Once a product is delivered, quality can no longer be regulated.
As a result, once an order is processed and shipped or purchased, we do not accept cancellations or returns, unless there was an error and the a product received is different than what was ordered by the customer.
Once a service has been performed and paid for, it cannot be refunded, regardless of outcome.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that Bare Skin does not accept cash payments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book appointments, and may go towards the cost of your scheduled service or any cancellation fees described in this paragraph. Cancellations forfeit their deposit. In the event, that you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so online by clicking the “change/cancel” appointment link in your confirmation email, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service or the deposit will be forfeited. Reschedule requests that are less than 24 hours but the day before your scheduled appointment, will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the missed service booked. Same Day Rescheduling is a considered a cancellation. Same day cancellations and no call and no shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the missed service booked, with the credit card online. If there is a deposit for the appointment, the deposit will go towards the fees. Declined cards upon charging cancellation fees will result in banning of future services at Bare Skin. By scheduling an appointment, you are confirming that you are the cardholder, or have permission for the card being used, and agree to Bare Skin's cancellation policy and terms of service.
Enforcement of the cancellation policy, resulting in a charge of half or the full amount of the service booked is final.
